Exterior Maintenance Program
Performing regular scheduled maintenance on your home will prolong your homes life and help to avoid costly repairs down the road.
Every year up to the 5th year
Paint and stain exterior doors, this will help to avoid the discoloration of paints and stains
Touchup any exterior paint, such as trim window sills etc. Keeping these areas maintained helps to prevent wood rot and the costs associated with repairs.
Pentoir checking for rotten wood, mold and mildew so that the issue can be addressed before it progresses.
Inspecting caulking around all openings, when caulk pulls away water and air will find a way in causing rotton wood and mildew.
Pressure washing your exterior, if needed at an additional cost. Pressure washing will greatly reduce your need for repainting. Pressure washing will also rejuvenate surfaces from unsightly mold, mildew, pollution and other dirt stains.
The 6th year maintenance plan
We recommend on the sixth year a complete exterior repaint, including trim, siding, gutters, downspouts, mailboxes, exterior doors, etc. This is in addition to the standard services we provide with our maintenance program.
