Cathy comes to us with over 35 years of experience in developing strategies to grow and lead a team to excellence. The woman who keeps the whole operation going, if you have a question, Sandra has the answer. Sandra can be found in her office doing a million things at once and making it look easy.

Tanya has been helping Pentoir keep its’ records and invoices in order since 2020. An integral part of the company, Tanya keeps the team going with her unmatched organization and positive attitude.

Denise is both the welcoming voice on the phone and the one who ensures projects flow smoothly from first contact to the hands of our Estimators/Project Managers. She also brings Pentoir’s story to life online, creating digital content that reflects our professionalism, expertise, and commitment to clients.

Ash Adkins
JR. RESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT
Do not be misled by the junior title; Ash is a multitasker who starts his day early each morning to help support our field team and our project managers to make sure we are efficiently completing tasks on time to ensure customer satisfaction.
Al Wilson
SR. COMMERCIAL ESTIMATOR & PROJECT MANAGER
Al has years of experience and a wealth of knowledge in the industry as an estimator and a project manager. Working with our commercial team, there is no job too big for Al and he is ready to tackle any project.
Hunter Graham

Coming to us in 2025, Hunter brings a background in management and strong organizational skills. With Hunter’s experience, he will continue to push Pentoir to even greater success.

With over 40 years of experience in the construction industry, our new Senior Field Superintendent brings exceptional expertise, strong leadership, and a commitment to teamwork. Known for his approachable style and passion for working with people, he values the relationships that drive successful projects. A natural problem solver, he thrives on new challenges and takes pride in finding practical, efficient solutions that keep work moving forward.
Brody Adams
WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Brody keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes as our Warehouse Manager. He’s responsible for maintaining our warehouse, company vehicles, and tools—making sure everything is organized, operational, and ready when we need it. If something needs to be picked up or delivered, Brody is the go-to person, always stepping in with reliability and efficiency. Known for his great attitude and constant smile, Brody brings positive energy to everything he does.
